Annual HOA Elections At Tara Hill

There will be an election to select four positions on the Tara Hill Board of Directors. Declaration od canidacy forms have been delivered to every homeowner. If you did not receive a declaration of canidacy form or misplaced it, there are forms available in the Tara Hill Office.

Leaks, Flooding, and a Fantastic Maintenance Crew

When it rains heavily, Tara Hill often experiences problems. For example, the office received 18 reports of leaks and flooding during the heavy rain on January 18. Our maintenance crew responded to every problem. They were climbing ladders and crawling on roofs in the downpour that we experienced on that Monday. When it was possible under the existing weather conditions they cleared clogged gutters, patched roofs, and evaluated leaks. Click Here to see one of our finest at work!
Pool Construction

California History Class

Information Regarding The Tara Hill Office

- The office will be open every business day from [8am-5pm]
- The manager's [Susan DeLara] contract was not renewed
- A search for a new property manager is being conducted
- The office is currently being conducted by our Office Assistant [Rajanique Swain] and two members of the Board of Directors [Sandi Eliga and Richard Haynes]
- In addition to personal visits and the telephone, the office may be contacted by e-mail at tarahilloffice@att.net.
